First gold medal since 2015 and bronze medal for team Austria 2019

The European Union Science First gold medal since 2015 and bronze medal for team Austria 2019lympiad (EUSO) is a team competition for EU second level school science students who are 16 years of age or younger on December 31st prior to the competition.
Since 2003, the EUSO has been held every year; the number of countries taking part has increased ever since. Students from 26 countries participated in the EUSO 2013 in Luxembourg.
Austria is going to host the EUSO 2015. It will take place in Klagenfurt, the capital of the Austrian federal state Carinthia in the southern part of the country. Carinthia shares a border with both Italy and Slovenia.

Carinthia is well known for its ski resorts as well for its scenic lakes and mountains. We will be happy to show you some beautiful places of nature within our Alpe-Adria region, embracing all of Slovenia, the Austrian states of Carinthia and Styria, and the Italian regions of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia and Veneto.
The EUSO tasks will be prepared by the Karl Franzens University of Graz and by the coordinating organization, the Centre for Teaching and Learning Science at the University College of Teacher Education Carinthia – Viktor Frankl UC.

Dear EUSO family, from April 26 to May 3, when you will be our guests, you will learn that the German name for Carinthia is Kärnten (ˈkɛrntən) and the Slovenian minority calls it Koroška. You will also find out that the Carinthian dialect is quite different to standard German and that the common greeting is Grüß Gott (German pronunciation: [ɡʁyːs ˈɡɔt]; literally 'God greets (you)'). Sometimes it can be a real challenge to understand it because each region of Carinthia pronounces it differently.
